This is one of the commercial broiler farms in Harare, Zimbabwe. This client started this business because the local market has the slaughtering plant buy the broilers from him. So plan to start the farm with a broiler deep litter system.

Customer Requirement

The client wants to use the deep litter system for the broilers. It needs to be the automatic equipment, So he could save labor costs and reduce the contact between humans and chickens.

After discussing with our engineering team, we understand that what customers need is a higher standard solution, less human labor, and more automatic. Our engineer offers an automatic solution for auto feeding, auto drinking, and automatic heating.

Equipment Details

It is a deep litter broiler feeding system, each shed has 20,000 broilers. Auto feeding system, Auto drinking system, auto heating system. The solution can meet customer requirements by reducing human labor.

The main advantage is that the system is the automatic system. So customers could save labor to feed the chicken. Our engineer helps customers to revert the old farm to a new style chicken farm, with an automatic solution, they can manage the birds well.
